By accessing, browsing, or submitting data through the Kalcha Pulse platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Nature of the Diagnostic Tool

Kalcha Pulse is a business capability self-assessment tool designed to provide strategic analytics, general scorecards, and operational orientation. The insights and benchmarks generated do not constitute formal certified financial, legal, or management consultancy guarantees.

3. User Conduct & Assessment Limits

To ensure fair platform operations and accurate index benchmarking:

• You agree to provide accurate, honest business details during your assessment.
• Users are subject to a rolling 30-day cooldown window between full assessment submissions using identical contact details.
• Automated scraping, bot submissions, or attempts to bypass platform security (including CSRF validation) are strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

All software code, frameworks, UI designs, scoring algorithms, and content structured under Kalcha Pulse and Kalcha Concepts are the exclusive intellectual property of the agency and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

Kalcha shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential business losses arising from the use of, or reliance upon, the assessment scores and strategic feedback provided by the platform.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following updates constitutes your formal acceptance of the revised terms.
